This agreement contains the terms and conditions that also apply to purchases by individuals, businesses, corporations, and any other entity from Avenue of Dreams LLC that will be provided to you (customer/client) on orders for appraisal services and/or related services and/or products and sold by Avenue of Dreams LLC in the United States. By accepting services and/or products, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH Avenue of Dreams LLC, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR UNLESS OTHER Avenue of Dreams LLC TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at the sole discretion of Avenue of Dreams LLC and so stated by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current terms and conditions.
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations as established by each state and applicable laws of the United States. This agreement and any sales thereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. Customer is responsible for any and all applicable sales tax, as well as any and all other taxes that may be associated with the service/product order. Applicable sales tax will automatically be calculated into the final purchase price.
In instances where customer requests an on-site appraisal service be performed, and later is to be canceled, an appointment cancellation fee may be imposed. Said cancellation fee shall apply when one or any of the following conditions is met:
1. Appointment is secured by Avenue of Dreams LLC and therefore subsequently canceled by customer, vehicle owner, and/or individual showing or otherwise in possession of vehicle, without a suitable and timely (3 hours if local, 12 hours prior to outside the Las Vegas area) cancellation notification prior to the scheduled appointment time, with said cancellation notification made directly to Avenue of Dreams LLC, and appointment is not able to be executed due to no fault of Avenue of Dreams LLC.
2. The customer retaining the services of Avenue of Dreams LLC, and/or on whose behalf Avenue of Dreams LLC services have been retained, agrees to an assessed appointment cancellation fee of up to one-half (½) the stated appraisal fee plus any incurred applicable mileage fee.
At the sole discretion of Avenue of Dreams LLC, said assessed appointment cancellation fee will be applied/charged to customer submitted credit or debit card, or billed via an Avenue of Dreams LLC generated statement. If customer decides to schedule another appointment at another time (2nd appointment) at sole discretion Of Avenue of Dreams LLC, the appraisal fee can be modified or ensuing appointment is secured and/or change in appraisal service as requested by customer.
To the fullest extent pursuant to applicable law, the materials on this website are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. Avenue of Dreams LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates, or any of their employees, directors, officers, or agents disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of serviceability for a particular purpose. Avenue of Dreams LLC does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Avenue of Dreams LLC does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of the materials on this website in terms of their accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Avenue of Dreams LLC guarantees that any appraisal service purchased by customer directly from Avenue of Dreams LLC, to be accepted for its intended purpose within specific limitations. If it cannot be used for its intended purpose due to rejection by a third party requesting said appraisal service, on the merits that the completed appraisal is not worthy, credible, or performed within standard industry guidelines, Avenue of Dreams LLC guarantees that a refund of the appraisal service fee will be approved if the appraisal is rejected by said third party.
To Receive Refund... return the original appraisal, accompanied with a signed letter on the third party's letterhead company letterhead (individual or company), stating they refused acceptance of said appraisal and their declared reason(s) why. Avenue of Dreams LLC will review requested material to determine if refund is deemed worthy. Said review will be performed in an appropriate and timely manner.
Customer is responsible for all fees incurred in returning material.
Avenue of Dreams LLC does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for services/products not being available for use or for lost or undeliverable material. Avenue of Dreams LLC will not be liable for personal or business losses related to any services/products or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services/products, Avenue of Dreams LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services or products under this agreement. It is the sole discretion of Avenue of Dreams LLC to refund the purchase price paid by customer or replacing the product.
While Avenue of Dreams LLC uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on this website, errors or omissions sometimes occur. We make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of this website. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Avenue of Dreams LLC or any party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the website be liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this website. Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document, or to enter an order for service(s)/product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be deemed null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both customer and qualified Avenue of Dreams LLC representative.
Terms of payment are within the sole discretion of Avenue of Dreams LLC, unless otherwise agreed and payment must be received prior to acceptance by Avenue of Dreams LLC of an order. Payment for any products and services may be made through PAYPAL with their provided services and payment methods. Payment may also be made through business check ... paper or paperless (electronic) or cash; however this must be approved via prearrangement of such payment methods. Issued statements are due and payable upon receipt.
Orders are not binding until accepted by Avenue of Dreams LLC. Any quotations given by Avenue of Dreams LLC will be valid for the period stated on the quotation.
A $25.00 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ANY/ALL RETURN CHECKS
Avenue of Dreams LLC disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, relating to the product, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness; and the express warranties are in lieu of all obligations or liabilities on the part of Avenue of Dreams LLC in connection with the sale of said product.
Customer agrees and represents that it is buying any service/product from Avenue of Dreams LLC solely for customer's own use, and not for resale in any manner.

If an appraisal service is purchased and subsequently not used, and Avenue of Dreams LLC's Appraisal form was not completed or damaged what-so-ever, at the sole discretion of Avenue of Dreams LLC, a refund of the appraisal service fee will be approved. Customer is responsible for any/all fees incurred in returning material. When warranted, refund will be issued within thirty (30) days of approval. It's the sole discretion of Avenue of Dreams LLC to issue refunds in the form of:
If a product(s) is purchased and subsequently not used, and at the sole discretion of Avenue of Dreams LLC a refund of the unused product(s) will be approved. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Avenue of Dreams LLC offers an affiliate program to other qualified websites. It is at the sole discretion of Avenue of dreams LLC to accept/reject taking part in any affiliate exchange with any website it deems unsuitable for any reason what-so-ever. Avenue of Dreams LLC will provide general service/support to customer in the United States, in accordance with the then-current service/support policies in effect. Service/Support offerings may vary from service to service. Avenue of Dreams LLC has no obligation to provide service/support until it has received payment-in-full for the service(s) for which service/support is requested.
Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling (S&H) fees be they standard FedEx - UPS - DHL - USPS, priority-express, overnight delivery service, or other. Fees are calculated at the current S&H rate as stated within this website -or shopping cart.
On occasion, depending upon customer submitted mailing/shipping address, optional priority-express overnight service may only be performed within a two (2) day window as regulated by Avenue of Dreams LLC employed delivery service, FedEx - UPS - USPS, or other. Avenue of Dreams LLC is not responsible for undelivered service(s) due to fault of employed delivery services be they standard FedEx - UPS - DHL - USPS, priority-express, overnight delivery service, or other. Unless prior arrangements made, it is the sole responsibility of customer to incur any/all S&H fees when forwarding/returning appraisal service(s) material to Avenue of Dreams LLC. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
All trademarks, services marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Avenue of dreams LLC. Nothing contained on the website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this website without the written permission of Avenue of Dreams LLC or such third party that may own the trademarks displayed on this website.
